I was born and raised in Northern California. I divide my time between different passions: personal training, fitness modeling and competitive bodybuilding. I love working out! It makes me feel good and keeps me balanced.

People think I eat a lot to bulk up, but the truth is that I like to eat healthy. I'm a huge fan of Subway sandwiches, old-fashioned oatmeal, and baked chicken. Healthy food can be good!
